Do you contact our customers directly?

No. Heedroute never reaches your customers under any name. Every message we draft is for your own team to send.

What do you need from us?

Exports you already have — AR aging, quotes, job or work-order status, and service agreements if that applies, sent each cycle. CSV or Excel is easiest; PDF works too.

Is our data used for anything else?

No. Your data is processed only to produce your own brief, under a data processing agreement, and deleted on a defined schedule after the engagement ends.

What does a pilot cost?

$199 for the one-time trial brief, $449/month for the ongoing core plan — see pricing above. Only a custom scope (high volume, multiple locations) needs a conversation first.
